Terms of Service for Were Di Sheets Jaarplanning

1. Use of the App

The App is intended to assist users in accessing and working with jaarplanning documents (annual planning) via Google Sheets. You must have a valid Google account and grant appropriate permissions for the App to function correctly.

You may only use the App in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

2. Access and Permissions

By using the App, you authorize access to the following Google API scopes:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets.readonly
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.readonly

These are used exclusively to retrieve and interact with spreadsheets required for the App’s functionality. We do not store or share your data.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Misuse the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to access data or systems you do not have rights to
• Interfere with the normal operation of the App

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and design elements of the App are the intellectual property of weredi.nl, unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

5. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the App available and functional but do not guarantee uptime or error-free performance. We reserve the right to update, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, weredi.nl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
